    We would like to inform you that your service will not experience any interruption. All VPS instances hosted on the affected node have been successfully migrated to a new infrastructure.     Dear Customers,

    We are informing you that your VPS service located in the Miami, FL 5 node is affected by an unforeseen failure in the rack cooling system.

    Due to hardware overheating , we have activated safety protocols to prevent permanent damage to components and data loss. You may experience intermittent service or your server may be temporarily offline while the temperature stabilizes.

    Specialized technicians are already on site working on emergency repairs. We deeply regret this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    We are informing you that we are carrying out the complete disassociation from NeoProtect.

    NeoProtect unexpectedly shut down all its enterprise services, forcing us to completely migrate our entire network . We are already in the middle of the migration process.

    State and Compensation

    • As soon as our ASN (Autonomous System) is implemented in our data center, all services will be back up .

    • All customers will be compensated for days lost due to these inconveniences.

    • This process aims to eliminate all traces of NeoProtect following the recent announcement of the discontinuation of its business services.

    We expect to be fully operational again today. We appreciate your patience while we ensure a more stable infrastructure.
