A hardware degradation has been detected on node Dallas 1. In order to prevent an unforeseen service interruption and ensure data integrity, a preemptive migration of all services to node Dallas 2 has been scheduled.
Technical details:
Origin node: Dallas, TX 1.
Destination node: Dallas, TX 2.
Network impact: There will be no changes to IP addressing. The assigned IPv4 address will remain the same after the migration.
Impact on service: Servers will experience a brief period of downtime while data volumes are transferred to the new hardware.
Customer actions: No action is required from the user. Once the process is complete, the service will automatically resume using the same connection parameters as before.
Status: The migration is in progress. Our technical team is monitoring the transfer to minimize downtime.
